The perfect location with a quick walk to entire downtown Gatlinburg. The bathrooms could use a little updating and cleaning. The new wood floors are nice. Overall great stay.

The property is a great location , we can walk to everything. The room was decently clean . The AC was broken and would shut off after 5 minutes, there was no fan in the bathroom and the room stayed humid and stuffy . We were there for 4 nights and never received any kind room service , not once did anyone come in and make the bed or leave clean towels .

I like how close it is to so many restaurants and stores. It's walkable to everything.

This is a great place to stay...
...if you want a dirty bed and bed bugs.
The rooms are poorly lit and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor and look around with your cell flashlight.
The first room I was in, one of the beds had been PEED IN and not cleaned. The whole room smelled. The sheets appeared clean, but not the blankets. I assume they changed the sheets and put the dirty blankets back on the bed.
My second room had several dead bugs, and after pulling back 2 mattress pads (when there's usually only 1), there were dead bugs under the pads.
I was told I would likely not receive a refund because I booked through Expedia, but that a manager would call me. I never heard back.

Clean bed and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to find us a parking space.
