Everyone at Carter House was so kind and welcoming. The staff truly made my stay wonderful - thank you! Food and ambience were great, and my room was cute and very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again soon.

After hours checkin process was great. Front desk did a great job recommending unloading at the back entrance for our first floor room. Ev charging on property was great. They warmed us that it sometimes doesn’t work but luckily worked just fine for us.

Only positive things to say from the staff to the breakfast! Every detail thought of even ear plugs for my husband’s snoring in the nightstand.

Amazing experience for solo traveler! The entire staff was incredible. Overall very memorable experience, being a solo traveler; the location is walkable to so much. This will always be my preferred location when visiting the area!

Staff above and beyond friendly, breakfast is excellent, and a great location in walking distance to restaurants. With easy parking on site. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was lovely and the Staff was friendly. Great location, wonderful complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The only issue I encountered was that I couldn't connect my laptop to wifi. I tried, they tried, no dice. Haven't encountered that problem before or since I left. It's a mystery.

Jackie,Thanks for your review. Come to find out the surge protector / battery back up on the system failed and it is being replaced. So, sorry about the internet but the new mesh system outside of this has been working great.
