Armani Hotel Dubái exceeded all expectations. We were really treated “like kings” either by Gerald (door person) or Mr. Torres at front desk. Mr. Torres was a high professional taking care of us all the time, and pending on all we needed. He also showed the room personally to us, explaining everything needed. Honestly we have not receive this kind of excellent attention ever. All hotel conditions were and are over expectations. I truly recommend Armani Hotel Dubai to all! It is worthy the money you may spend. Thanks again to Mr. Torres and to Gerald for the attention. We would like to have an opportunity to come back and be here again. Best regards.

“A Place of Absolute Disappointment – Avoid at All Costs” If there were ever a perfect example of style over substance, this hotel takes the crown. Beneath the glittering facade lies an operation so incompetently run, it borders on insulting. The glaring negligence here cannot be overstated—it’s almost as if the management has gone out of its way to alienate its guests, especially those from the Gulf region. Let’s talk about the most absurd oversight first: the bathrooms. In a suite overlooking the Dubai Mall fountains, one of the most iconic views in the world, how is it that only one of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bidet or hose? The master bedroom’s bathroom doesn’t even meet the most basic expectations of Gulf travelers, who make up a significant portion of the region’s luxury clientele. Ignoring this is not just tone-deaf; it’s outright disrespectful to your core market. The arrogance or ignorance behind such a decision is staggering. And if that wasn’t enough, let’s move on to the disaster that is the air conditioning. The temperature system is so poorly designed that the room becomes an uninhabitable freezer. After just one night, I fell sick and had to turn the AC completely off—yes, completely off—in Dubai’s heat. This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a colossal failure that makes the entire experience miserable. Good location. Iconic Building. TV didnt work. Staff tried to fix bur could. No benefits if VIP. Staff seemed tired. Miscommunication among staff. Exoe red more. Average small pool.
