Very nice property, but very expensive. Generally nice staff (not all of them). Awful maintenance services, especially the disabled toilets. Great location. Nice breakfast.

Skyview hotel was a pleasant Expedia VIP recommendation.
Location, amenities and staff were excellent. Hotel dining options were excellent (but remember to pack smart clothes for the sky high fusion restaurant). Hotel stay offered access to the skyview walk

I liked the color coordination inside the rooms and everywhere. Cleanliness.
Maintenance is very bad. You tell them and they don't do a good job.

As mentioned above the area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet. Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world. There are plenty of dining options that you would like. Transportation is very very easy. Taxi is there or the Metro. Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.

I looked it's cleanliness and highly coordinated new furniture and walls. You'll enjoy going to this property by taxi or metro. You'll be disappointed and confused if you drive your own car.
