We booked the wrong address hotel as for me downtown is better. But nothing really to complain about with it as the staff are amazing and it’s clear very high standard 5 star. But nothing to complain about

I would like to thank Ayman from the Address customer service phone calls. He helped me alot.
I am definitely booking with the Address hotels next time. They have the best customer service.
