Great hotel, great location. We found this place by chance but we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very comfortable, clean hotel.

I booked on Expedia, looking for a hotel with a hot tub because I had a sore back. Hot tub was unavailable realize this after checking in

we had a great stay lovely staff cosy beds !!!!
sadly the hot tub facilities etc were not available

Great from the outside. Rooms need some updating. Very convenient for town of Banff. Car parking height underground is 6 feet 1 so something to be aware of.

Beautiful hotel , great rooms , staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Nice a close to everything in Banff

Great location — just on the east end of downtown which gave good walking to shopping. Good Earth Cafe in the building. Great Restaurant — Axe and Fire — on site as well. The staff are friendly and service oriented.
Facility is in operation during renovations which took away somewhat from the experience. Parking at the site is for vehicles under 6’ 1” so my vehicle could not fit which was inconvenient. This should be posted under the parking tab on the website so a person could make alternate arrangements.
