Shopping & restraunts were with in walking distance. They have underground parking for small vehicle & limited lg vehicle above ground. Hot tubs and exercise area were clean and well maintained. Room was clean with small fridge, coffee pot & kettle. Staff were very pleasant. Restraunt had delicious breakfast.

Front desk staff was great! Clean comfortable room in the heart of beautiful Banff. What more could you want!

Very convenient location and easy to get transport to go around.. plenty of shopping and food option.

The room was fairly clean roof had water stains crack on the roof. Tub was extremely small. Staff were friendly beds comfortable

Overall, this is a great property to stay at. I would give it a five as everything was great however, a five is a bit special for here. We had absolutely no complaints and loved our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant ano accommodating - from the front desk to housekeeping. Perfect location right in downtown waking around every things close by perfect place to stay in Banff 🙂
