My wife and I travel to Detroit quite a bit, but have never stayed here before. I think this will now be our go to place to stay! Such a cool concept - kitchen, laundry, just like an apartment. Area was great, lots of easily walkable shops, bars, restaurants. Access to the room/unit was super easy. Really enjoyed the quality of these Sonder rooms

This place was a pleasant surprise. It had all the amenities I needed. It was a beautiful place with beautiful views of the city. I am now a Sonder customer.

This place and the surrounding area did not look like the pictures online at all: the building is in rough shape, inside and out. The lobby is run down. Also, there is only ever one staff person there, who is nice and helpful but overworked. And you have to do everything through an app/phone. Also, my room was missing stuff and the washer was broken. They managed to fix things and give me credits, but I would not stay at one of these places again. You get what you pay for.

The towels are kind of thin and gross. But the thing that was the worst: the final night I could not sleep until 2am because someone was bouncing a ball or banging in another room. It took 4 hours after I reported the issue through the app for it to stop.

We have quiet hours 10pm-8am, and apologize that we fell short on keeping up with that expectation. You have to pay for parking and you have to bring your livestream passwords to watch TV

My daughter and I were in Detroit for the Jelly Roll concert. We really enjoyed the property, plenty of storage. It was nice and close to the Little Cesar Arena, within walking distance. Great location for all of downtown. Would definitely stay at again!

The room was great: clean, high ceilings, everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic, right at the base of Washington Blvd., walkable to downtown and the Q line train. The people mover wasn’t working during our stay but I think the station for that is nearby. Thank you for a nice stay, Sonder!
