We were excited to stay here as it was our first time in Denver. I will say that, we weren’t expecting that they only had valet parking for 60 bucks a night or park across the street and pay for parking there. Once we went into our room, nothing was stocked. We had a very low toilet paper roll. , no body wash or hand soap, and no bags in the trash cans. We had to be constantly going to the front desk to ask for things. This was something we weren’t expecting. We normally don’t have any issues at hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was stale at best.

Could not get into the lobby to check in. Had to find an employee to open the front door with a key card. Long lines when trying to check in. Room was clean except for the dishes in the cabinets were very dusty and had to be washed before being used. Breakfast was ok but very busy and hard to find a place to sit. Watched people walk in from outside, make a plate of food and walk right back out of the hotel with the food and glass dishes. Gym was nice. Checkout was faster. $56 for overnight parking is a bit extreme. Valet when leaving was extremely friendly and even helped load our bags.

Only downside was parking, but it is downtown. Other than that stay was fantastic.
