Valet lost our cars, took 30 minutes for them to locate our cars. Room was nice, few questionable spots on carpet. Staff was so nice!

The parking is little expensive but it’s better reserved parking for Expedia the price was 15$ per day

I'd like to apologize for not meeting your usual IHG standard. Unfortunately, being a downtown property and having no parking area of our own we are forced, like many other hotels and businesses in this area, to utilize an outside valet company for parking. I do hope that the extreme prices of the downtown area parking does not deter you from staying with us again. Thank you again for your honest feedback.

The thermostat for the climate control in the room does not work. The room is a little cold and the thermostat is stuck at 50 degrees. It will not go up or down. I turned the thermostat off and the room warmed to 67. While I was at the front desk another customer complained about their room being cold.

Location is good. Staff was nice. Room was small. Some areas felt old or outdated

Don’t stay here! We had originally booked for 3 nights however checked out after the first night! At check in we asked front staff where the gym was located and she had no idea! We were told there was an ice machine on our floor however there was not and when we finally found one it was disgusting. Rooms are tiny and having to pay $50 for parking is ridiculous!

We had stayed here before and felt so good. The first time the staff was so friendly. They were so kind and the property was.Yeah nice and a good value. However, this time when we stayed there, we felt like the front desk agent.Ryan was very snooty and condescending. The room that we stayed in. The toilet was mounted completely crooked, and there was a hole in the glass of the shower. It's unfortunate that we were disappointed this time. Around hopefully, when we come back tuesday next time, it will be better. The best experience of the whole trip was the kindliness, courteousness and friendliness of the valle
