Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous always making sure we were happy.

Overall, a bit of a let down. The property boasts of more than it offers. No housekeeping service, even though I informed a housekeeper that I was out of the room and to please make it up. No bacon at breakfast. (If I was running this hotel, a staff member would have been sent to remedy this.) The spa was mediocre at best. The website is vastly different than what is actually offered. To be fair, I wasn't charged for parking though. Fairly disappointing.

Gorgeous historic hotel that is well taken care of. Best place to stay downtown Davenport! Trust me I have tried them all!!

The hotel Itself was beautiful. Checking in was a little confusing as we entered from the parking lot side entrance. Clean rooms, luxurious sheets. Tv in mirror in bathroom nice touch. Breakfast was ok on their onsite restaurant.

The hotel pool and unique bowling alley were closed for remodeling. No mention when I purchased.
