Welcoming facility with a cozy reception room and beverages . Rooms clean and modern. Direct access to elephant and Castle next door. Nearby discounted parking. Looking forward to returning

Beautiful hotel with lots of nice extras like coffee and tea available 24/7. Fresh cold water with bottles to fill in every floor. Would definitely recommend.

The room had no cutlery or plates, even though it had a convenient kitchenette.

Location, location, location....blocks from everything. The bathroom is small as mentioned on other reviews but it is doable. Place is clean and safe.
