Intercontinental Singapore is a lovely hotel . The Lounge Lobby lovely to eat or have a drink . The breakfast is one of the best. The room however we were put in which was in the heritage wing had not been used for a very long time. The mini bar empty and not turned on . The curtains had trouble opening then . Floor boards had deep scratches on them . The reception phone not working. Also long walk from reception. I’ve stayed in a classic room before in this hotel and there is no comparison. Was disappointed in the room for the money paid.

Grand common areas Warm staff However my room is reachable only after long walk up and down steps connecting buildings via a walkway

Awesome breakfast, lots of varieties. Rooms are ok, a bit old but manageable. Staffs are great.

Not worth the price. Not very easy to get a cab quickly. Rooms are very tired and Club room food and wine selection is not very good.

Breakfast 7th June

Only disappointing issue was breakfast on last day of our stay 7th June (around 0900hrs) a number of choices of food and drink were unavailable, eg blueberry yogurts, bircher muesli and mango chia pudding. When staff were asked said none were available. Waited 10 minutes for ordered flat white coffee before giving up waiting.
