Starting with the good… Location, the staff, and the parking. Lumin (the bar) was particularly awesome. The bad…the room. It looks modern, but the wall paper was lifting at every seam, even coming off in some areas. The toilet seat was so loose, it made you feel like you would fall off, and the shower pressure was super light. I was quite surprised. It also had a stale smell… like maybe it was a smoking room at one point t in the past. We stayed in 319, so avoid that one if you are sensitive to scents.

One elevator bay was down which presented delays. The breakfast for $21 has a value of maybe $5.

We were in town for an event. The room was the Cleanest room experience in the past several years of staying at hotels around the country! The room was also Spacious, Quite, Warm, and very Comfortable. Staff was excellent, professional, friendlly and very responsive. Will stay hear again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed at the AC Hotel on a trip to see a concert at Kemba Live. It was a very convenient location and the staff was great! The rooftop bar was nice. The only negative was how loud it was to slide the bathroom door closed and there was no fan in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, close to North Market and Nationwide Arena, easy in and out of city.

The property was delightful, along with the surrounding neighborhood of things to do and more things to eat. Only gripe would be you either have to park yiurself in a surrounding parking gargae or the hotel will charge you 40 bucks to park there. Boo

There's a bar across the street on the Park St. side that was blaring music until 3am on Saturday evening. It was fine on Friday. If you stay here on a weekend, stay on the other side of the building. Parking is valet only and $39 per day. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Staff was great and rooms were clean and nice. Nice roof top bar.
