This hotel was well maintained and clean. If you are looking to stay in Charleston and don't want to pay the high prices to stay downtown, this is a good option. It didn't cost a lot to Uber downtown and back to the hotel. Parking can fill up in the main parking lots around the hotel, but they have a good option of parking in a deck next to the hotel and they will validate your parking at the main desk.

Facility was excellent except for a faulty elevator that seemed to be recurring outage all weekend. Parking on site was somewhat limited. There was additional parking across the street in a parking garage but somewhat inconvenient. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, area was very clean, and breakfast staff were outstanding.

Room smelled like cat pee. No parking. Noise late at night and early morning. 3AM party people
