Couldnt gain access after flight delay. Gave up !!

The hotel was closed and all lights off.
After numerous attempts to gaiun entrance I gave up and had to stay in a nearby hotel.
This was even after emailing the hotel much earlier in the evening advising of late arrival.
Dont book this hotel.
It shuts down in the evenings

Posted 7 Oct 2020 on HotelsI came from a long motorcycle ride and its raining when i arrived at the hotel. So, basically i arrived there bit wet and dump. When i got my room, i used the towel to dry myself. Some dirt that i took from a ride sticked to the towel coz im wet. For that, they charged me for the dirty towel. Im aware of the hotel policy that they will charge you if you will leave a heavy stain . They must sometime considerate. They saw me wearing my motorcycle gear, wet . What they will expect? Im disappointed
