"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. Very close to Stephen's Ave where there are so many dining options and shopping areas. Our room was very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We upgraded our reservation with breakfast and it was worth it. Thompson restaurant was very chic and food was amazing. Definitely going back to this hotel and highly recommended. "
