The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpfull. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch at the hotel restaurant with some local dishes and a frienly staff.

The service here was exceptional. The receptionist went out of her way to give us a wonderful room with a view of the pyramids, Nile and Citadel. And she followed up to make sure we were happy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good property to stay in. Very central..
little tired and needs modernisation in comparison to other Hilton in town but a good property to stay in. Clean and comfortable

I liked the flowery smell all over the lobby. Property is too old, rooms are dark, small balconies without chairs

We had a wonderful stay, great views of the pyramids from our room. Friendly and helpful staff.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel, and the food in the restaurants was excellent. The traffic noise/honking (even in our room on the 14th floor!) was excessive.
