The room was very dirty, bathroom sink clogged.

Service is superb , staff are very friendly supportive and always smiling,

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Unfortunately pool and bar area are quite small and places to socialise with large group are limited which is not obvious from the available information on the hotel. I came with a big group and would’ve liked a place where we could all hang out so this was a limitation. Otherwise all was very good.

This hotel is simply excellent. The rooms were impeccable, the staff were amazing and everything went perfectly. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. It’s a good location so you can walk around however since Cairo traffic is a little crazy we just took Ubers from the hotel to where we needed to be since we were not going to risk crossing the streets. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
