Hotel was dirty.
Never recieved VIP access
Casino was not good

Could not check in, even though I was paid in full!!!!!!…..I called because I was checking in late and they said I would have to call back because they could not hold my Room. I had to book another hotel. Very upset

The room was very clean with comfortable beds. We also had a beautiful view off of our room terrace.
