It was my birthday and the front desk lady made me feel so special. I wanna shout her out. She was definitely super sweet and courteous. Give her a raise!!

This was the smallest and strangest room we have ever occupied. Like, smaller than any room we’ve stayed in NYC. The valet was kind, but zero help with luggage. Definitely not a redo.

Extremely expensive valet parking, especially compared to the price of the room. Forgot to clean our rooms. Food and service in the restaurant was very good. Price for the rooms were good but rooms are relatively small but overall a good value

Very expensive valley parking compared to the price of the room also rooms are very small but value overall is good. Both of our rooms were not serviced. Service in the restaurant was good as was the food
