Every single employee of the hotel/restaurant/Starbucks greeted me. From the cleaning crew to the valets, even event staff and security. Excellent customer service across the board!

They did not make up the room during my visit. I find it totally unacceptable for a Marriott to not have enough staff available for housekeeping services.

Poor communication
Posted 29 Jun 2024 on HotelsDon’t know if it was Hotels.com or hotel but room was not suite I paid for and hotel did not honor parking I bought with booking.
They have two properties side by side and add did not clarify that and the room was in different than understood.

Worst experience ever.
