In room safe had a low battery and would not work. Had to call the front desk on two different days to get it fixed. Fix was to put a new one on top of the old one. Did not check but did not look like it was secured. And the door of the cabinet somehow got a hinge disconnected. Housekeeping was inconsistent day to day. A couple days I did not get a shower floor towel so had to use a full size towel.

Overall great. Love the room. I would suggest anyone paying the extra 40 bucks for a suite it’s totally worth it matter fact I don’t want to book anything but a suite because it’s so nice there.

Loved having a dog friendly accommodation on the Riverwalk so close to great dining.

Every single employee of the hotel/restaurant/Starbucks greeted me. From the cleaning crew to the valets, even event staff and security. Excellent customer service across the board!
