I liked the fact that it was nice elegant quit and clean. But first of all, I booked through Expedia and was told, by someone in expedia's customer service that this hotel has no deposits. But there is a $75 a night deposit that I was blinded with and it would've been nice if I was informed about the parking fee $36 a night. And then I was over charged. When I checked my card transactions later on, I was charged a extra $64 on top of the about that she said she was running my card for. (Room was $295 $150 security deposit =$444 but was charged $509) then after my stay they tried to charge an additional $134 but the payment declined because the funds weren't there. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday trip for my girlfriend we traveled from Dallas but this was a nightmare.

Hotel generally nice - no complaints. Check-in was not good. Was not informed in advance that check-in must be done at the Crowne Plaza front desk. Only learned this on arrival from a parking attendant. Then got in a line that led to one employee though three others were available only to Crowne check-ins. Process took almost one hour. Bad experience.

The windows of the room looked as if they hadn't been washed in several years. It was hard to see out of them. The bathtub drained so slowly that by the end of a quick shower my feet were under water. The carpet was so tattered, the paint so degraded, and the windows so dirty it was clear that no competent manager had set foot in the place for years. Not a good look for management.

The location was convenient and price relatively reasonable. What I did not care for was how the hotel room floors did not seem clean, no soap at bathroom sink, broken apparatus in shower, and when I arrived in the room there was an empty beer can on the window sill.

The minute we enter this property I had to face a lot of issues. Forst, the room we were given was totally not as promised or was shown in the pictures while I was booking. We requested to get the room changed but the staff promised us to get it changed and asked to stay in the room but no one showed up so had to go and again speak to a new personnel. So by the time it was resolved it took our 4 hrs which ruined our whole plan and our energy. Additionally, its a preety old property which irgently needs renovations. The carpet and the sofa bed are very old and looks very dirty. No handwash and shower was not working not to mention the toilet itself . I can go all day into details which was horrible.

Room had carpet burns on floor upon check in made management aware and they were extremely helpful.
