We enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and attentive, the property was clean, other hotel guest were nice, and the location is very convenient. Definitely recommend anyone traveling to Atlanta to stay here.

Terrible. They penalized me for a canceled flight. Have to pay again for a reservation already paid, left us out of the room with all my belongings. The staff aren’t there to help you. Don’t book the hotel!!!! A nightmare

the rooms need upgrading and the staffing except Mrs. Waves ( she was AMAZING and very accommodating ) but between the rooms and charges on my card that no one can explain i’m astounded.

Very noisy from one room to another, bad behavior from guests and little privacy. The valet parking is very slow and has a bad attitude
