Avoid at all costs. There is no way this hotel is 3 starts! It is outdated, grimy, smells and all the lighting looks out of a horror movie.
And currently their pool is completely drained. And speaking to the manager about it was the most aggressive and impolite conversation I have ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service from Angie Stroupe.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Home-away-from-home when I'm in the Asheville area. Downtown is a super easy walk from here, tons of dining options of all kinds, and parking is safe and easy. The hotel itself is an older property, but very clean, comfortable beds and run by great, hospitable people. Can't recommend enough!

The property was an excellent location for walking. The staff was nice and the room and hotel itself were clean. I was very disappointed because I did purposely book a hotel with a pool because it was in the mid to high 80s and we were not able to go in the pool. Although you could take a shuttle to a sister hotel, it was inconvenient. When I politely asked for some compensation for that, just to comp my bar bill, which had two drinks on it, I was told a manager would call me and I never heard from anyone.

Not completely booked and could’ve been because of a popular music concert going on. Very friendly Checkin staff. Great parking, even the afternoon we checked out we retained our free parking there while walking through the city for the day. Would book here again.
