This was certainly not a $314 per night hotel. One great frustration was that we reserved our room a month in advance and we reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we got there we were told that they had overbooked (how do you overbook your rooms?). So we ended up with one queen bed, not what we paid for or reserved. And it simply wasn't a room that was worth the money. ONE GOOD FEATURE, THEY WERE GREAT WITH TRANSPORTING US TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO GO!

We were exhausted when we got to hotel so we just went straight to bed . There was hair on the top of the bedding and in the corners of the bathroom floor .

I really liked that it's on the water front (Ship Creek) - peaceful with pretty view out of the window. Additionally, in general, the staff was friendly and helpful

Window to outside was out of the frame. Unsafe! Sink cracked, small shower one towel no shampoo. Had to unplug fridge as we could not sleep due to the noise. Pillows were the size of breath mints. Shuttle from airport was over an hour late picking us up. Two days there was two day to long

I liked the front view facing the train tracks and the back view towards the creek. There is a lot of room for improvement in regards to the food.

Not bad for the price, but the room, in-room hot tub and other fixtures showed their age. The pool was also closed for maintenance the day of our stay.
