I stayed 3 nights in this nice Hotel, I really like that it was really close to the 2 main attractions in Amman, the Roman Theater and Amman Citadel, both with in 15 min walk. The premises were clean and the only thing that It can be improved is the breakfast. Staff is nice and welcoming!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request or question I had.
The hotel's location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It's conveniently situated close to downtown making it easy to explore the area and get around. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and full of great dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

I had a very small budget for a 2-week stay in Amman, so I took a risk and booked at the Rafi Hotel. I'm glad that I did! The staff, especially, helped me to feel safe and at home even as a woman traveling alone. At this hotel, you don't need to worry about anyone coming into your room and possibly going through or moving your belongings. Because it's a budget hotel, housekeeping doesn't come into your room everyday to clean it. But you can request your room to be cleaned and you can always ask for clean towels. Breakfast includes a variety of bread, meat, cheeses, raw vegetables, tea and coffee. The hotel is really a great value for the price, and the staff are willing to help you with any problems that you have. One thing to note for travelers is that in Jordan people smoke indoors a lot. This was also true of the hotel, both in the lobby and in the rooms, which was very surprising to me as an American. If you want a non-smoking hotel, you will need to specifically seek that out in Jordan; it's not a given. But I would stay at the Rafi again!

Friendly Staff, clean hotel, good breakfast
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsI was greeted by the Desk Clerk in a very friendly manner and was shown to my room. The breakfast consisted of varied vegetables, boiled eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, orange juice and coffee.
