My stay was horrible. When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait over an hour for the receptionist to rebook my room. Carlos was really nice but that was so inconvenient for me. Also, no one ever brung towels to the room. And when I called downstairs, they told me all the towels were in the washer and dryer. I went on to Walmart and bought us some wash towels and got dry off towels out the swimming pool room. The hotel didn’t have any heat at night and me and my family were freezing in there every night and my kids got sick. We couldn’t even go swimming at night time because of the heat issues. The refrigerator in the room, went out with my medicine and Food in it and it all spoiled by the time we got back there from our outing.
I was just so disappointed in all the issues I had from a Hilton Hotel.

Open space and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
