Our room was very clean, great linens! Comfy mattress, too. We enjoyed breakfast, food and fruit were fresh, good scrambled eggs! If we are ever in that area again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Bed was comfortable place was clean room had an odd odor/smell .

Our room had some plumbing issue. When I called front desk, the staff informed me to fix it ourselves, because there were no other employees working there. No options to switch room or getting a plumber to fix the issue. I eventually got it fixed, but the front desk was horrible. I hope no other guests have to go through with this kind of service. Very disappointing from a large scale hotel chain.
