I like the cleanliness of the room. The grounds. Easy access of other restaurants. Close to downtown.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The guests next to and above us were extremely loud for the entire night. Staff said they could do nothing. Odd pillows that seemed fluffy but when weight was applied reduced to paper thin. Received comp breakfast for all the issues. Asked for a boiled egg. Staff said they had run out and only had 4 left which were saved for them.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I am very sorry the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to our high standards. I have reviewed your comments with our Executive Housekeeper and the Room Attendant that prepared your room for additional training. I see in our logs that we did contact the guest rooms in question for noise. We cannot always control the actions of other guests but do try to mitigate any issues. When walking the floors, we weren't able to hear any disturbance, so that makes it a bit more challenging.I spoke with the kitchen and wait staff, and they only recall one guest who requested hard boiled eggs, which were provided to them. Our Team is trained to provide special requests, and we did have hard boiled eggs that morning.I have reviewed your comments with the appropriate team members and assure you we talk all feedback seriously as we continually train to improve our service.Thank you for sharing your comments and I do hope you will give us another try in the future.

The hotel is very nice. The room was very spacious and the room was clean and very nice.
