原先的房間電視故障，換了房間，結果變小間就算了，電視頻道的聲音、畫面差好多拍，看得很辛苦，還頻頻有跳電的狀態。與之前住過的感覺差很多。

床鋪被枕也很乾淨無意味。
服務員態度良好有禮貌。
早餐稱不上很好

有感覺慢慢在進步的旅店
每年都會安排至少住一個晚上，憑良心說真的有感覺在進步。1、往年房間的瓶裝水不夠的時候，都會特別跑一趟入住櫃臺，然後得到的回應都是要等房務有空的時候再送到房間，現在櫃臺就能直接提供，其實這個方式可能才會是最好的做法2、以前早餐除了罐頭食品之外，都是葷 食，現在竟然有四道現炒的素食菜色，真的看得出來有在用心，蠻感動的。美中不足的是⋯1、房間的網路只要一離開，再回房間就會連不上，還要聯繫櫃臺重新連線之類的，蠻不方便的2、早上用餐的人數不少，但是上菜的速度好像有點慢，甚至有點停頓的感覺，所以⋯只吃了一輪就不敢再吃了⋯

玩好住好買好！
這住宿點真好，離劍湖山遊樂區，車程二十幾分方便，附近有麥當勞，星巴克，家樂福等等購物區，玩好住好買好，哈哈哈！

其實房間的整理大致上都很好，只是住在汽旅的經驗較少，對於格局配置不太習慣，但服務人員態度好，解決問題積極，是很不錯的體驗。

住的品質還不錯，但每個地方都有老鼠屎，晚班客服服務到位，態度專業，感覺是個很有熱沈的服務人員，相較之下早班客服回應就是冷冰冰硬生生的態度，就是一個機器人客服，在她身上看不到一個服務人員的影子；餐廳的伙食真的有待加強，不及格，環境衛生也不行，很多人一進去就有過敏反應，櫃檯態度也不行，太粗，不像服務業～
