Pros: we had hot water for showers, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, two onsite restaurants to choose from, and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. This had nothing to do with the staff or services, but we were able to hear the people in the adjacent rooms easily and we had repeated issues with loud people in the halls at late hours.
