Horrible experience for the second time in a role
"This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove ..."
