Very friendly staff, most of whom are bilingual. Very good meals at lunch and dinner. Bit of a delay with the airport shuttle in the morning, but the hotel is so close that one arrived in 10 min despite morning traffic.

really nice hotel, but lift is not activated and they are not keep water bottles in rooms. otherwise all are good and staffs are so nice.

Disgusting

It was disgusting. Firstly, they claimed to have a fitness room on your website. They do not. Secondly, the room was infested by cockroaches. When I complained, instead of offering an alternative room (and they probably didn't, as the infestation is very likely around the entire hotel) they sprayed my room. Needless to say, I had had enough when, in the middle of the night, a very large cockroach fell from the ceiling onto my chest, running across it. Never again.

Schöne Bilder im Katalog, alles andere als gut, Ich habe 10 Tagen gebucht war aber nur 5 Tage im Hotel und das in 3 verschiedene Zimmer,

A proximité de l’aeroport. Bonne adresse et bon rapport qualité-prix si l’on tient compte du standard d’hôtellerie à Douala. Propre. Personnel adorable francophone et Anglophone.
