The main problem with this hotel is the staff !! Totally not interested in working , no manners and spend most of their time on reception flicking through their Facebook pages , only one lady that work managed to break into a smile and say hello/goodbye. WiFi NEVER WORKS !! The pool is filthy. The bathroom very very tired. Two adults 8days and one hanger in the wardrobe !!! breakfast time was the worst !! For the fact it consist of just plain egg omelette and bread .. out of 8 days we got lucky and had fruit on 3 of those days . Coffee came way after we had eaten even though we had ask several times (this happens every morning ) and then to top it off we had to pay for water with our breakfast !the girls that worked breakfast we’re misrable like they don’t even wanna be working like everything was effort . we ate in the restaurant only one night the waiter was a nice guy and had to apologise several times for the delay in our food . We ordered at 7:15 and our food come at 9pm I wouldn’t of minded to much if it was busy but we were the only two people in there. I honestly would say AVOID this hotel no matter how cheap it is !!!!

It is classified as a 4 star hotel when at best it should be 2 star. The towels were old. Water was very dirty. No lotion or shampoos in the bathroom. Overall, poor value for money

Poor customer service, staff is very lazy and rude, staff does speak or understand english, poor internet, had bugs and worms in the hot water pot for tea, ants and roachs on the breakfast buffet and in rooms. The room was dirty I had to make them mop floor and give me clean linen. Poor Housekeeping they stole my wine bottle out of my room, when I told reception desk I was going to call the police the wine bottle was returned. Poor air condition in the rooms. Bathroom showerhead was broken water spraying all over the place. The man that pucked me up from airport was very rude. The swimming pool was dirty with bugs. I do not recommend this hotel. The only good customer service was the parking staff that open the gate for you to park your car, he was nice and professional.
