Loved our stay there! Would definitely come back. Road construction made it a little inconvenient but that won’t last long. Excellent stay! Very clean and bright! Choice of many places to eat. Awesome staff and service!!!

Hi Whitney,I am not sure what the problem was that you left us a score of 1 for your experience. Our records show that your reservation was cancelled more than a week before you were due to arrive. If there was some kind of issue I would love to discuss this further with you.

Only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing

I'm sorry to hear that the pool was not warm enough. The water temperature is set at 77 degrees per manufacturers guidance.

My only issue was having to sit in the lobby for a few hours until my ride was able to pick me up, because of an ealier late check out policy, I get it but it was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise staff was really nice, It was clean. AND QUIET.

Our apologies on the miscommunication if you needed to try and extend on a late checkout.Although our policy states 11am,latest checkout is 12 noon.But for future reference if you are able to come back and stay with us again, please let us know ahead that you may need to extend the late arrival so that we can get proper management approval as well as make the proper adjustments to ensure you stay will be a welcoming one as well as your departure.Again we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced on your stay and we hope to see you again in comfort in the near future.Safe travels and Kind regards
