It’s time for a refresh of property carpet,elevator,and pull out sofa beds need new mattresses

Mattresses are in poor condition. Made for sleepless nights.

Had to book a room here due to overbooking from Hurricane Milton evacuees. I didn't have high expectations but this was truly the most unclean hotels I have ever experienced. The staff was very lovely and empathetic towards our experience. Very nice and helpful staff.

We choose do to proximity to the airport. They were revamping the hotel. Which does effect us in any way. Felt bad for lobby hostess, she had some guy (non guest) bugging her for the Wi-Fi.
