Great room loved it. I was there for the Euro cup 2024. With my family, it was great very convenient big room. The kids had fun.

Ok hotel, visiting for football match at Dortmund so convenient for that. No tea or coffee making facilities in room & when I queried it staff unhelpful & said was a business booking which is untrue, it was a 1 adult & 1 child twin room booking. Wouldn’t return.

This was close to perfect. It’s clean, modern and very close to the station, football museum, Dortmunder U and the bars & restaurants
Only one niggle! We turned up early and our room was ready but they said we could only access the room if we paid €26. I think that’s irritating and unnecessary.
The buffet breakfast was good and the staff on the front desk were friendly and spoke fantastic English
