"Lovely room, lovely staff, great atmosphere "

"Beautiful sea view and the room was perfect. Atmosphere was great. We had diner and the food was really good although the portion on lamb dish was on the small side. Good selection of drinks. Great outside seating. We took the dog and we were able to let him off the lead as the grounds were big enough for him to have a run around. Very peacful and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was amazing will be staying again"

"Fabulous stay. The room was airy and clean, with lots of little extras to make us feel special. The bed was a super king size and very comfortable with the added bonus of a teddy waiting for us. The staff were super friendly and we had a free drink upon arrival in the bar. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both were excellent as was the service. Check out was simple with no hidden surprises."

"The 1777 was a wonderful place to stay! We had the accessibility room which was on the ground floor. An interesting thing to note is that the ground floor rooms are in an alley, so you're somewhat required to keep your curtains drawn; little to no natural light gets in because of this, but there isn't really a workaround (unless you're okay with the prospect of another guest peering in). The beds were very comfortable, and the wet room was perfectly suitable for someone with accessibility needs (as far as I could tell, at least!) "
