"We stayed here due to an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport. We booked a 2 bedroom room with one king and one murphy. When we got to the room the murphy bed was not set up. In fact it was locked, and only hotel staff could open it. I would have expected the reception desk to have asked if we wanted it set up and sent some one to handle it.
