Horrible hotel. If I had paid 75 dollars per night I would have just accepted the horrible room, terrible and old building, but I paid almost 200!!! Unacceptable, never again

We liked absolutely nothing about this property. They refused to give us our money back after having went to check 3 rooms - one sticky floors, one had a strong smell of mold/musty and the other mold was evident in the shower, bottles of prefilled soup, conditioner and body wash in shower I wouldn’t dare use already half squeezed out, front desk staff rude, airport goes right over you, and cats in the hall ways that come up to your door begging for food - one even got into the room when I opened the door and just tried to make himself at home. I’m highly allergic to cats so this was an inconvenience. Dirty walls, hair on towels, I mean really just the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This has been by far the worst hotel ever. The pictures are lying to you and rooms look nothing like them. The bathroom was disgusting and everything was breaking, the sheets smelled like dust, pillows appeared to be very old, weird stains everything and roaches. We changed to another room and it was the exact same thing. Complementary Breakfast (Although grateful) was just eggs and bread. Staff seem to not care, no uniforms and no management.

I already stated in my previous review that the night shift male receptionists provided a horrible experience on 5 January 2025.
