Room smelt musty so we had to constantly keep the door open, and the carpet was filthy in areas. We were told no other rooms were available. Bathroom was clean. Found a bed bug in the bed and had leave the hotel as we no longer wanted to risk staying there. We received a full refund and had to find a new hotel at 3am. The staff are lovely. Location is good. However, the hotel is outdated and poorly maintained in the rooms. This is not what you'd expect from the Intercontinental brand. I'd recommend you stay at the Intercontential down town Miami instead.

there is nothing special about this property. Two problems need to be resolved, dirty carpet in the corridor and chair in the room not comfortable without soft. The color of the carpet is nearly decaying into dark. it seems like the carpet has been washed for a long long time. I am not feeling well.

The property is nice, but I don't feel the rooms were as clean as they were in past stays. My sink leaked. I expected more for the amount of money I spent. I'll probably stay at Laquinta hotel nearby next year.

Can’t believe this is Intercontinental Hotel after I step into the dirty room. Floors are not vacuumed, chair with dirty stains on it. Since it was late and I was so tied so I didn’t request to change another room. The next morning when I finally have the day nights then I noticed the bed frames have dirty stains and the doors of the cabinets are peeled off which is not even presentable. It’s really a bad experience with this brand. I doubt I will choose it again in the future.

Quiet and convenient location in proximity to airport .. and restaurants are available within a short driving distance. In-house restaurant available. House keeping is excellent! Breakfast was good with limited but adequate choices including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ordered to make omelets, fruits, pastries, juice, etc. hosts in the restaurant are good and goes extra lengths to meet each clients needs. Parking at $18 per night is cheaper than other similar hotels. The only complaint if I have is that the double beds barely accommodate two average weight people. All in all a good hotel!
