住過的民宿中最乾淨的！一樓公共空間設計很有質感，桌椅表面乾淨沒有灰塵，連地板也很乾淨，腳踩上去的觸感不會騙人！！還提供泡麵與沖泡飲品讓你半夜不會餓肚子，也有保溫瓶讓你帶熱水回房間使用，房間一樣乾淨，廁所玻璃與水龍頭都沒有水垢，除濕機很敢開，室內不潮濕也沒有霉味，隔天提供的早餐是業者自製的熱壓吐司，也是能直接開店的水準，配上一杯咖啡，簡直不要太爽！
