Nice hotel with helpful staff with mostly good English. Close to the Forbidden City and good shopping streets. 10 minute walk to the metro.

Beside shopping street. Near Metro train station. Some good restaurant just nearby. The hotel rooms are very decent and spacious. Will stay there again

The concierge was very helpful with our travel arrangements. The hotel room was very comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located close to Subway stations & restaurants.

Lamento no recomendar este Hotel, muy descuidado, sucio de mal trabajo al limpiarlo, no sirve el a/c, lo reportamos y vinieron a arreglarlo pero solo nos dijeron que no era temporada de usar a/c y nos abrieron la ventana y luego trajeron un ventilador, el baño lo trapeaban con un trapeador apestoso que hacía oler todo el cuarto a orín, el personal muy poco servicial. La comida regular, la ubicación excepcional. No lo recomendaría.

Al mismo tiempo, nos sentimos mucho escuchar su infeliz experiencia en nuestro hotel y nos disculpamos por los inconvenientes que enfrentaste durante su estancia. Nuestro aire acondicionado es un sistema central, ajustamos la temperatura de la temperatura promedio externa reciente, y la temperatura del aire acondicionado de cada habitación no se puede ajustar. A fines de octubre, no abrimos el sistema de aire acondicionado debido al clima moderado exterior, espero que nos entienda. Air con is not on, Very stuffy. Hotel a bit round down

Regarding the hotel facilities, we’ll pay close attention on this issue, and keep up our maintenance of our facilities. Our air-conditioning is central system, and we adjust the temperature of it by the recent outside average temperature, so air-conditioning temperature of individual room could not be adjusted. During the end of the October, we did not open the air-condition system due to the outside moderate climate, and only opened the ventilation system. I booked the hotel because it used to be an excellent Crowne Plaza. The hotel is very different now. The standard of service was poor and the hotel facilities were disappointing. The wifi was only patchy and it was slow. The aircon made a noise but didn't actually lower the temperature in the room. I was provided with a fan which helped a bit but was noisy. The concierge and front desk couldn't tell me how long it would take to get to the new airport, and twice decline to order me a taxi. There was no room service. The dinner menu was quite strange, one sheet of paper, all the types of food all mixed up together on the menu. The breakfast included cakes being cut in half as if they were rationed. The orange juice was some kind of diluting juice. In my room there weren't any mugs or tea/coffee sachets. When I checked in, Reception gave me 7 packs of toothbrushes and two combs - for one person and 5 nights - mysterious! My room was a bit dilapidated, with the light socket in the bathroom not fully connected to the ceiling. A light socket in the breakfast area was also hanging down. It's a shame because the location is good but it's just not value for money and I'd not stay again.

During your stay, there was big event in Beijing, the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF), and most of the roads were traffic controlled, so our concierger staff could not tell you how long to get to the airport, and they difficult to find any taxi for you, hope you could understand and forgive us.In the room, we relly provide tea and coffee sachets placed in the drawer. And there is glass for guest to use to drink water, and the mugs are being procured. Because in Beijing hotels, the disposable items would not be probvided automatically, and the recycling is encuraged for considering environmental protection, so hope you understand our staff did not offer you too many toothbrushes and combs. For the food and beverage services, we had taken up your comments with the hotel food and beverage team for considering taking appropriate steps to improve the services in the future. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, after all it is only through comments such as yours that we can only hope to improve our services and facilities, and we look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the not too distant future.
