We stayed there for 2 nights to visit the caves. The resource’s beach, spacious, very clean swimming pool, and the included breakfast were the surprised addition to our wonderful Phong Nha trip. The services were also exceptional. We have already recommended this facility to our friends back home.

Empty during 3rd week of November

The resort is not well maintained. It may have been because we were there at off season, but the beach was very dirty full of debris. The breakfasts was extremely poor. The staff barely understood English (one exception). No room service, no restaurant. The only positive note is that the staff tried to do their best and the property would be nice if maintianed.

The personnel was very sweet and friendly. They helped us with with booking a excursion and taxi to the trainstation and would have done everything for us. We only needed to ask. We also got a free upgrade as well. We were here in the time that the Corona virus was very active in Asia. So it was really quit on the resort. We have only seen 4 other people there during our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated snd needs some maintenance. But the price was low so we were not that bothered.

Recommend for who want to have relax time. Good spa, clean room, nice staff. It is not very far from the airport or to center of town but once you are at the hotel, you would hardly want to leave. It is that good.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly, had no issue with check in or check out. Was greeted with welcome drinks when arrived to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again
