We are grateful that Novotel was our comfort zone when we traveled to Hanoi. Staff was kind, eager to help, and approachable. Eventhough Staff was having a hard time speaking English they tried their Best to accommodate you. It was a very convenient location. We felt safe and comfortable staying into this hotel. However, if you go for a tour check the tour agency first because this is away from old quarter. Overall, thank you Novotel Hanoi for the great assistance while we enjoyed our holidays.

Staying for the second time. Nice and comfortable hotel as usual. Only difference this time is the sink in the room is clogged and bathroom not as clean as previous.
