Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff are so friendly. Beautiful grounds.
Rooms are lovely and spacious.
One of best hotels ive stayed in...and i stay in a lot. Will definitely stay again

Amazingly escorted to the room
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsReally nice room service. The lady escorted us to our rooms in this older xountry style hotel. I only issue was the WiFi which didn’t seem to work but we were upgraded to the more modern rooms and we managed to at least get some signal.
The bathroom was huge and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very well kept, beautiful rooms. Great staff. Clean. Extremely well priced.
Great little birthday touch with the cake towel and the card.
The only comment I would make and its not a negative is that the free standing wardrobes need to be bolted to the wall to prevent a child pulling it over on themselves.

Average condition, rooms not great. Breakfast pretty poor TBH. Bed not comfortable. TV only worked.on BBC1. So 3 stars

Misleading. No spa . No swimming pool.

Dear Pavitri,Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay with us.Upon reading your review, it has prompted me to check our own website and the third party websites and I cannot see anywhere where we are advertising that we have a swimming pool and spa. If you have seen this online, please do let me know and I will investigate this further. I understand the signage on site needs changing which is something we are currently looking at, however the spa will be re opening once the renovation works are complete which we aim to have finished by Winter 2025 therefore I do hope you will return in the future once all of our facilities are back open.
