"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the Zambala - it was in a very good location right opposite the steam locomotive shed and 50 m from the station.
