"This was an amazing hotel. We felt like we were island princesses among the flora and fauna. Every single view from this hotel looks like a National Geographic cover. The staff was also amazing. We went during low season and got a free upgrade to the white room with the pool which was amazing. They also automatically moved our checkin to a later time. The service was great and they were super helpful with organizing day trips and drivers. 10/10 recommend "

"Great location and clean rooms. Mattress was very very firm and there was a lingering drain sewerage smell, just needed some bleach to clean the drain but I couldn’t find any for sale nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Toast and coffee in the morning was appreciated "

"Good location, clean and spacious room. Even though we stayed for 5 nights and the hotel did not seem busy we were given a room on a low floor with a window that looks straight onto their brick wall. The pool was green and unusable during our stay, but they were working on fixing this."

"La Patta is a very nice hotel, clean and in excellent condition. The staff are super friendly and nice. Their breakfast is great. They also offer free of charge drinks and snack, coffee and sandwiches after 1 PM. It is in great location. You can go to the walking street on the weekend in a minute walk. The night market is also close. I highly recommend it. "

"Fabulous, Excelent service, Great breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff. Tours and taxi services they offer are less than what you find online. Tucked away in the heart of Chiang Rai is this hotel gem, Nak Nakara. This unique hotel has a blend of local old style architecture with all the conveniences of a modern hotel. Beautiful on the outside and very comfortable on the inside. The staff; what an exceptional group, taking care of all your needs from the minute you get there until the minute you leave. The breakfast; a large variety of dishes available you won't be disappointed. "
